This textbook provides a comprehensive introduction to the foundations, principles, and practice of Islamic finance, integrating financial management theory with the broader intellectual, ethical, legal, and social framework of Islam. A revised translated version of Turkish edition, Islami Finansal Yönetim – Sistem ve Uygulama (Nobel Akademik Yayincilik 2021), this book equips students with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to understand, evaluate, and apply Islamic financial principles in professional and academic settings.

Each chapter is structured to support student learning and classroom adoption through a range of pedagogical tools, including
•    Learning outcomes that establish measurable objects
•    Opening case-based scenarios that place key concepts in practical business contexts and encourage critical reflection
•    Applied examples and calculations that demonstrate the practical application of Islamic financial principles
•    Discussion questions that encourage reflection and critical thinking
Designed for advanced undergraduate and graduate students, as well as practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of Shariah-compliant finance, this text moves beyond technical financial concepts to examine the worldview, values and institutions that shape Islamic economic life.
