Quentin Plantec is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Innovation Management at TBS Education (Toulouse Business School), France. He holds a Ph.D. from Mines Paris–PSL University. His research focuses on innovation management, science–industry relationships, corporate research, and patent analytics. His work has been published in leading journals such as , , , and . He chairs the EURAM track on University–Industry Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer and is part of the leadership team of EURAM’s Innovation SIG. Quentin co-edited a Special Issue (2023–2025) on science–industry relations and has received several distinctions, including the FNEGE and AIMS Best Ph.D. Dissertation Awards (2022), the FNEGE Best Paper Award (2024), and the FNEGE–SYNTEC–EFMD Best Management Book Award (2025).

Pascal Le Masson is a Professor at Mines Paris–PSL University, Chair of the Bauhaus for Transitions, and a member of the French Academy of Technology. His research explores generative processes, design-oriented management, and innovation for societal transitions, within a research chair supported by more than twenty industrial partners. He co-chairs the Design Society’s Design Theory Special Interest Group. His major publications include (Cambridge University Press, 2010) and (Springer, 2017), co-authored with Benoît Weil and Armand Hatchuel. With Quentin Plantec and Benoît Weil, he co-authored (2024), which received FNEGE, EFMD, and Syntec awards. His work appears in leading journals, and he serves as an editor for the .

Benoît Weil is a Professor at Mines Paris–PSL University and Co-Director of the Bauhaus for Transitions chair. His research focuses on generative processes, design-oriented management, and design for transitions, conducted in collaboration with numerous industrial partners. He has co-authored key works such as (Cambridge University Press, 2010) and (Springer, 2017). Alongside Pascal Le Masson and Quentin Plantec, he co-authored (2024), recognized with major academic and professional awards. His research has been published in journals including , , , and .

Élise Lagasse is a Ph.D. candidate at Mines Paris–PSL University and a member of the Bauhaus for Transitions. Her research examines the governance and organization of long-term university–industry collaborations. She adopts a multilevel perspective, focusing on collaborative structures such as joint university–industry laboratories (JUILs) and industry engagement through managerial roles and SME R&D organization. Her work has been presented at major international conferences, including the Academy of Management, the European Academy of Management, the Open Innovation Science Conference, and the R&D Management Conference.
