Dharmakirti was a Buddhist logician of 640CE. In this book, Rajendra Prasad uses the method of contemporary logic to clarify Dharmakirti's system of inference. The author aims not at a historical study, but at philosophical analysis, and for this purpose, he examines the Nyayabinbu with the assistance of Dharmottara's commentary.
