Dr. Payal Singh is an Assistant Professor at University Centre for Research & Development (UCRD), Chandigarh University, Punjab, India. She obtained her MSc in Biochemistry from Purvanchal University, India, and her PhD in Zoology from Banaras Hindu University, India. Her research focuses on vital transcription factors in neurodegenerative diseases, as well as the applications of phytochemicals and the role of vitamins in these diseases.

Singh, Abhishek Kumar
Dr. Abhishek Kumar Singh is Associate Professor at Manipal Centre for Biotherapeutics Research, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India. Dr. Singh obtained his PhD from the CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, India, and brings more than a decade of research experience in neurodegeneration and neuroprotection. His research focuses on developing anti-aging strategies targeting autophagy pathways in brain aging and age-related neurodegenerative disorders. Dr. Singh has corresponding teaching experience in biomaterials, bioprocess engineering, and gene therapy.

Rai, Sachchida Nand
Dr. Sachchida Nand Rai is an Assistant Professor at University Centre for Research & Development (UCRD), Chandigarh University, Punjab, India. He obtained his MSc in Biochemistry from Purvanchal University, India, and his PhD in Biochemistry from Banaras Hindu University, India. Dr. Rai researches the anti-oxidative and anti-neuroinflammatory properties of phytochemicals for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. He is a lifetime member of the Indian Academy of Neuroscience.
