Meenakshi Raman, PhD, is presently Group Leader of the Humanities and Management Group at the Goa Campus of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. She has several years of teaching experience and has been teaching courses on English and Professional Communication at various levels. She has co-authored several books on communication and has several articles to her credit.

Sangeeta Sharma, PhD, is presently Assistant Professor and Group Leader of the Languages Group at BITS, Pilani. She has several years of teaching experience. She is currently teaching courses on communication and advertising at BITS, Pilani, and has published several articles on communication. Dr Sharma has co-authored two other books in the area of communication.
