Kumar, Ramesh
Engineering from the University of Rajasthan, India, in 2007, and his M.Tech. in Instrumentation & Control from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar in 2009. He earned his Ph.D. in Instrumentation from the same institute in 2019. From 2014 to 2019, he was a Research Scholar at the Signal Processing Laboratory, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar. Since 2009–2014 and from 2019 to the present, he has served as an Assistant Professor in the Electronics Department at various Indian colleges.

His research interests include biomedical instrumentation and tomography applications in both medical and industrial fields. He is currently working on applications related to CubeSat technology, fuel cells, and the renewable energy sector.

Chandra, Ramesh
Prof. Ramesh Chandra is a distinguished scientist and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, London, recognized for his contributions to Biomedical Sciences. He currently serves as Vice-Chancellor of Maharaja Surajmal Brij University, Rajasthan, and is the Founder Director of the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research at the University of Delhi. Prof. Chandra has held prominent positions including Vice-Chancellor of Bundelkhand University and Head of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Delhi. He has also served as an official resource person to the Minister and Department of Science and Technology in Lesotho, South Africa. His research career spans prestigious institutions such as Cornell University, Rockefeller University, Harvard Medical School, and MIT.
He started his research career at the University of Delhi, then at The New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical College, and The Rockefeller University, New York; State University of New York at Stony brook, New York; Harvard University Medical School-Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) jointly at MIT, Cambridge, MA, USA.

Prof. Chandra has been Vice-Chancellor, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (1999-2005) as well as President of the Indian Chemical Society, Member, Planning Commission, Government of U.P. India; Secretary - Zaheer Science Foundation, New Delhi and Non-Official Director, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd, Government of India. He was also Head of the Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi.

He is recipient of several international recognitions: J. William Fulbright Scholarship, The Rockefeller Foundation USA-Biotechnology Career Award, Award of the Highest Honor of Soka University, Tokyo, Japan; Millennium Plaques of Honor (Life Time Achievement Award for contribution in Science & Technology) by the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Lifetime Achievement Award of the Indian Chemical Society (ICS); UGC Research Scientist Award; UGC Career Award; Rajib Goyal Award for Young Scientists and others.

Prof. Chandra shows deep commitment to the cause of higher education & research and possesses in ample measure quality of dynamic leadership, vision required for building academic institutions and excelled in his academic pursuits. To illustrate, he has to his credit several international patents, 9 Books; 28 Book Chapters; and more than 387 original Scientific Research Papers in International journals of repute. He has mentored more than 100 Ph.D students.

Ratnesh, Ratneshwar Kumar
Ratneshwar Kumar Ratnesh is an Associate Professor of the Electronics & Communication Engineering Department at the Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, India. He received a B. Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from UPTU, M. Tech degree in Nanotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, India, and Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India, in 2017. His current research interests include the development of very large-scale integrated circuits using nanotechnologies such as carbon nanotube field-effect transistor (CNTFET), flexible electronics, quantum dots-based (QDs) sensors, nano-antennas, robotics with AI, qubits, metamaterials, and thin-film technology. Furthermore, they are also associated with the synthesis, characterization, modelling, and simulation of smart semiconductor materials (CNTs and QDs) at the nanoscale.

Singh, Jay
Jay Singh, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, India. His research focuses on the chemical and biological synthesis of nanomaterials and the development of nanobiocomposites, conducting polymers, and self-assembled monolayers for sensor and biosensor applications. He develops enzyme-, antibody-, and DNA-based platforms for detecting clinically relevant bioanalytes, pathogens, pesticides, toxins, and gases. His current work includes sustainable metal oxide-based biosensors for clinical diagnostics, food packaging, drug delivery, and tissue engineering, as well as investigations of interfacial charge-transfer and sensing mechanisms in metal nanoparticles. He has conducted research projects supported by multiple funding agencies and has undertaken postdoctoral research at institutions in India and South Korea.
