Keogh, Jim
Jim Keogh is on the faculty of Columbia University teaching courses in its technology certification program. He has spent 15 years developing computer systems for major Wall Street firms such as Salomen, Inc. and Bear Stearns and has written several best-selling books for Prentice Hall and IDG.

Joan Richards, RN, MSN, CNE, is a clinical instructor at New York University College of Nursing, and a joint practice clinician at Englewood (N.J.) Hospital and Medical Center.Jim Keogh, RN, is a member of the faculty at both New York University and Saint Peter's College in New Jersey. He is a graduate nurse and is the coauthor of Medical-Surgical Nursing Demystified, Pharmacology Demystified, Medical Billing and Coding Demystified, Nurse Management Demystified, and several other books.
