Davis, Ruth
Ruth Davis is Lecturer in the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security, Faculty of Law, Humanities and the Arts at the University of Wollongong, New South Wales. Her primary research interests are in the fields of international environmental law, marine environmental law and polar law and governance. She is currently working on a Ph.D. thesis concerning the legal framework for supporting community-based management of coastal fisheries across the Pacific.

Rothwell, Donald R.
Donald R. Rothwell is Professor of International Law at the ANU College of Law, Australian National University. He is Co–Editor in Chief of the Australian Year Book of International Law and of the Brill Research Perspectives in the Law of the Sea. He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.

Saunders, Imogen
Imogen Saunders is Lecturer in Law at the ANU College of Law, Australian National University, Canberra. Her research interests are in general international law and international trade law. She has completed a Ph.D. on the topic of Article 38(1)(c) of the Statute of the International Court of Justice.

Akhtar-Khavari, Afshin
Afshin Akhtar-Khavari is Professor of International Law and Governance in the School of Law at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). He is also Director of the International Law and Global Governance program at the Faculty of Law and Justice at QUT.

Kaye, Stuart
Stuart Kaye is Professor of Law in the Faculty of Law, Humanities and the Arts at the University of Wollongong, and Director of the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security, which is based at the University of Wollongong. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Ocean Development and International Law, the International Advisory Board of the Peruvian Yearbook of International Law and the Board of Advisors of International Law Studies. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and the Australian Academy of Law.
