Sushma Kulkarni is the Vice Chancellor of NICMAR University, Pune, and currently serves as the Chair of the Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC), a U.S.-based global forum dedicated to advancing the quality of engineering education.She was formerly the Director at Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Sangli, Maharashtra, for over 16 years.With 38 years of experience in teaching and research in civil engineering, her expertise spans concrete technology, Total Quality Management (TQM), construction management, watershed management, engineering education, academic leadership and women’s empowerment.

 Rajni Kant Rajhans is an associate professor in the area of Finance & Accounting. Dr. Rajhans has earned academic credentials as a B.Sc. Engineering (with Distinction), MBA (Finance) & Ph.D. (Management). He teaches Managerial Accounting, Financial Management, Project Appraisal, Real Estate Investment & Finance, Corporate Valuation, and other related courses. He was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award at NICMAR in 2019. Dr. Rajhans has research interests in Corporate Finance, Valuation, and Green Finance. He is an associate editor and editorial advisory board member at Emerging Markets Case Studies, Emerald Publication.

 Gangadhar Mahesh is a Professor at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal since 2013. His teaching and research interests are contracts management, infrastructure management, risk management, and construction industry development frameworks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Mysore, a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Engineering from Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand, and a Ph.D. in Construction Management from The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He has a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Also, he worked as a Project Manager at Energy Utilities Engineering Company Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand. He has various research projects at the National and International levels. He has guided various doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate students at National and International levels.

Deepak M.D . is an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune, India since 2019. His research area includes safety management and knowledge management aspects of the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, India, and a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, India. He has completed his Ph.D., a doctoral degree in the Civil Engineering Department from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, India. He has obtained an Institute Scholarship from the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) for pursuing a Ph.D. at NITK Surathkal.
