Satish Shah is currently Professor, Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Technology, MS University of Baroda. His primary areas of interest are design of controllers with programmable devices such as microprocessors, microcontrollers, and digital signal processing. Prof. Shah has conducted a faculty training program on Intelligent Controllers for the teachers of engineering colleges and polytechnics in Gujarat under TECHSAT program of Gujarat Council of
Science & Technology, Gandhinagar via live telecast on ISRO education channel. He was awarded The Sir Thomas Ward Memorial Prize and a gold medal for the year 2008 by Institution of Engineers (India).
