Tiew Si Yee is an architect and design leader with over 19 years of experience in the construction and property development industry. As Head of In-House Design for a leading public-listed developer in Malaysia, she leads multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of large-scale developments. She holds a PhD in Architecture with a specialisation in Project Management and is passionate about advancing professional practice through research, design leadership, and project delivery.
