Siddique, Hifzur Rahman
Dr. Siddique is a Senior Assistant Professor at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), India, where he serves as Programme Director of the Molecular Cancer Genetics and Translational Research programme. He obtained his PhD in 2008 from the Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, India, and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, and the University of Southern California, USA.

His research focuses on cancer biology, pharmacology, toxicology, molecular cancer genetics, and translational research. He has published more than 75 original research papers in leading journals, including Nature Communications, Hepatology, Clinical Cancer Research, Cancer Research, and Seminars in Cancer Biology. He has received several awards, including the SBUR Young Scientist Travel Award, IABS Outstanding Cancer Research Award, and SPER Innovative Researcher Award. He has filed four patents, serves on editorial boards, reviews for international journals, and is supported by multiple Indian government funding agencies.
