Immunotherapy for Autoimmune Disorders: Innovations and Insights revolutionizes the therapeutic paradigm for autoimmune illnesses, offering new perspectives over traditional medication therapies. This complete and accessible resource examines how immunotherapy teaches the immune system to detect and fight targeted cells, enhancing the body's immune response by providing additional components to strengthen its defense mechanisms. The book covers a wide range of topics, including the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and classification of autoimmune diseases, the immunopathogenesis of these disorders, and the development and application of monoclonal antibodies. It explores immune checkpoint inhibitors, T-cell modulation therapies, cytokine targeting therapies, B-cell depletion strategies, and more.

Additionally, it addresses immunomodulatory agents, small molecules, personalized immunotherapy approaches, and the application of immunotherapeutic strategies for specific autoimmune diseases. Future directions and emerging therapies, as well as regulatory and ethical considerations, are also discussed. This is essential reading for medical professionals, researchers, and students seeking to learn about immunotherapy as an alternative approach to treating autoimmune disorders.
