Dr. Gulbir Singh serves as an Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Graphic Era Hill University, Haldwani, and Research Coordinator for the School of Computing. He mentors students and faculty while advancing research in Precision Agriculture. His work integrates UAVs, IoT, AI, and Machine Learning to develop intelligent systems for real-time crop monitoring, data analysis, and decision-making, aiming to enhance agricultural productivity, optimize resource utilization, and promote sustainable smart farming practices.

Dr. Om Prakash Dubey is Head of the Mathematics Department at J.J. College, Bihar, with over 19 years of teaching experience across reputed institutions. He holds a Ph.D. from Ranchi University and specializes in Optimization, Evolutionary Algorithms, and Mathematical Modeling. A prolific researcher, he has published more than 35 papers, authored books, holds a copyright registered with Government of India, and serves as President of the Council of Ancient Mathematical and Scientific Research, India.

Prof. Efrén Mezura-Montes heads the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at the University of Veracruz, Mexico. He specializes in bio-inspired algorithms for complex optimization problems, with more than 200 publications and over 10,600 Google Scholar citations. He serves as Associate Editor for multiple IEEE journals and holds memberships in prestigious bodies including the Mexican Academy of Sciences and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. He is also founder of the IEEE task force on Nature-Inspired Constrained Optimization.
