Today he is CEO of Happy Ltd, and in 2009 the 'Guru Radar of the Thinkers 50 list' proclaimed him one of the most influential business thinkers in the world. Happy Ltd which has been listed as one of the 20 best workplaces in the UK for the last five years (Financial Times / Great Place to Work Institute). Happy has also been rated the best company in the UK for customer service (Management Today) and the best in the UK for work/life balance (Financial Times).
