Swanson is an internationally recognized authority on organizational change, resource development (HRD), the analysis and evaluation of work behavior, and forecasting financial benefits.Elwood F. Holton, III is an Associate Professor in the School of Vocational Education at Louisiana State University. He specializes in Human Resource Development/Training and Development and coordinates LSU's degree programs in these areas. He is also the President-elect of the Academy of Human Resource Development, a global association of HRD researchers and reflective practitioners.
