The journal’s aim is to contribute to the development of restorative justice by discussing its diverse, challenging and innovative facets, as well as to encourage fruitful discussions and debates. The International Journal of Restorative Justice will appeal to academics and researchers, to practitioners and policy-makers, and to those who want to keep up to date with the rapid changes in the field of restorative justice. The journal accepts papers from authors who are qualified academics, researchers, practitioners and policy-makers in the field and invites submissions internationally. Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the paper. Acknowledgement (in the first footnote) should be given to all of those who had contributed to the research but do not qualify for authorship. TIJRJ accepts papers for publication which fulfil the requirements laid down in the Style Guide as listed here in the Author and Manuscript Submission Instructions.
