Trower QC, William
William Trower QC is a barrister at South Square, specialising in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring, Banking, Company Law and the civil aspects of Commercial Fraud. He has acted in disputes arising out of many high profile insolvencies, both in the UK and abroad.

William is a Deputy High Court Judge of the Chancery Division and for 10 years was a member of the Insolvency Rules Committee. He is a joint editor of Fletcher, Higham & Trower: The Law and Practice of Corporate Administrations, a contributor to Montgomery and Ormerod on Fraud: Criminal Law and Procedure and a consultant editor to Parry, Ayliffe and Shivji on Transaction Avoidance in Insolvencies and O'Dea, Long and Smith on Schemes of Arrangements.
