Simmi Virk (Dr.) is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Law at JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus (JIMS EMTC), Greater Noida, affiliated with GGSIPU, Delhi, where she has been associated since August 2023. Prior to this, she served as Assistant Professor at Amity Law School, Delhi (Noida) for more than six years and earlier held the position of Assistant Professor-cum-Head of Department at CPJ College of Higher Studies & School of Law, Delhi, demonstrating strong academic leadership and administrative competence.

Dr. Virk completed her Ph.D. in Law from Kurukshetra University, where she was awarded a University Research Scholarship Dr. Virk has authored a substantial body of research, including a well-received book titled Information Technology Law (Central Law Publications, 2022). She has contributed numerous research papers to refereed and peer-reviewed national and international journals, and authored chapters in edited volumes published by leading publishers such as Bloomsbury and Bar & Bench Publications.
