Hakki Okan Yeloglu is a Professor of Technology Management at Baskent University, Ankara, Turkey. Born in Ankara, Prof. Yeloglu holds a PhD in management and organizational studies, with his doctoral dissertation focusing on Turkish capital markets’ brokerage firms and organizational ecology. His academic journey began with an undergraduate degree in statistics at Anadolu University’s Faculty of Science, followed by a master’s in business management at Baskent University’s Institute of Social Sciences. With extensive academic experience, Prof. Yeloglu previously served as the Chair of Technology and Knowledge Management at Baskent University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences for 11 years before joining the University of the Incarnate Word in 2016. He specializes in teaching technology management, knowledge management, strategic management, research methods, quantitative research methods, and statistics across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. A prolific scholar, Prof. Yeloglu has authored numerous books, papers, and articles in his field of expertise.

Beata Mrugalska is an Associate Professor and Vice-Dean for Science and heads the Division of Applied Ergonomics within the Institute of Safety and Quality Engineering, Poznan University of Technology, Poland. With degrees in management and marketing, machine construction and operation, and a DSc in mechanical engineering from Poznan University of Technology, Dr. Mrugalska has established herself as a prominent figure in ergonomics. As a board member of the Center for Registration of European Ergonomists (CREE), she promotes the professional title of EuroErgonomist internationally. Dr. Mrugalska’s contributions extend to the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Ergonomics Committee at the Polish Academy of Sciences. With over 150 publications focused on human factors in organizational management, Dr. Mrugalska serves on eight editorial boards of international journals.

Yusuf Tansel Iç is the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and a Professor in the Industrial Engineering Department at Baskent University, Turkey. He holds a PhD from the Manufacturing Engineering Program of Mechanical Engineering at Gazi University, Turkey. Before joining Baskent University, he worked as a specialist and deputy manager at T.C. Ziraat Bank A.S. for almost 10 years. Dr. Iç’s research interests include multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM), decision support systems, expert systems, manufacturing processes, production systems, and credit risk management in banks. He has published many articles in periodical journals and has given many seminars on his interests, with numerous publications in conference and congress proceedings.
