Garima Awasthi is the Assistant Professor at the Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB), Amity University Uttar Pradesh (AUUP) Lucknow Campus, Lucknow, UP, India. She obtained her academic degrees in Chemical Technology with a specialization in Biochemical Engineering from HBTI Kanpur, UP, India.

Mohit Nigam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at HBTU Kanpur, India, and a researcher with strong expertise in bioprocess engineering, fermentation technology, enzyme technology, and industrial biotechnology. A Gold Medalist in M.Tech in Biotechnology, and Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, his research focuses on integrating microbial systems, bioreactor design, and sustainable biotechnological solutions for environmental and industrial applications.
