Garima Awasthi is the Assistant Professor at the Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB), Amity University Uttar Pradesh (AUUP) Lucknow Campus, Lucknow, UP, India. Having obtained her academic degrees M. Tech in Chemical Technology (Specialization in Biochemical Engineering) from HBTI Kanpur, UP, India, She spent most of her career working for Industries before taking up her present appointment at AIB, AUUP, Lucknow, UP, India. Dr Garima has authored over 25 scientific publications along with 1 edited book and has been awarded with 2 National Patents. She is also a member of the various National Professional and Educational Societies like Indian Red Cross Society, Asian Biological Research Foundation (ABRF).
