Dr. Nouman Azam is a Professor of Computer Science at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES) in Peshawar, Pakistan. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Regina, Canada, and has since cultivated a strong academic and teaching career both in traditional and online settings.

Dr. Azam teaches more than 60,000 students through online courses. His expertise in Rust programming is reflected in his popular course: Rust Programming Course: From Beginner to Expert 2.0. He is also the author of the book,  by Rheinwerk Computing.
