Diego Carou received his PhD degree in industrial engineering from the National University of Distance Education (UNED) in 2013. He has international postdoctoral experience in manufacturing process at several European universities. He served as Assistant Professor at the University of Jaén and currently works as Assistant Professor at the University of Vigo. He is a member of the REDE (Research In Energy, Innovation and Environment) research group.
