His areas of specialization include optimization in transportation, traffic flow modelling, traffic facilities design, and uncertainty modelling in transportation. Animesh Das, Ph.D., is Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. His areas of specialization include pavement material characterization, pavement analysis, pavement design and evaluation. He has several publications in reputed journals.
