you can’t hear Me or see My hand in anything.

Let Me show you My heart
in the matters you’re concerned about.
When you enter My heart,
your worries will dwindle to dust.
I want you to know your concerns
are important to Me,

because I AM the beginning and the end.
Climb into the surety of My heart
and raise your standards of prayer,
for I have something better for you today

snapping outside the door,
and you’re shielded from the hazards
on the streets beneath the window.
Here in the Shadow of the Almighty Motel
You aren’t afraid of a thing—
not the wolves howling in the night,
not wars and munitions raging in the day,
not prowling, insidious diseases that fester
in the dark, and surely not the disasters
that attack the noonday sun.
No, you remain confident and at peace
in the company of angels,
