Dr Mark Crowther is Associate Professor of Medicine and ProgramDirector of the Adult Hematology Residency Training Program atMcMaster University. He is a member of the Canadian Critical CareTrials Group.
Dr. Jeffrey Ginsberg is a leading expert in the diagnosis,prevention and management of venous thromboembolism and has ledmany of the "practice changing" studies published in this area inthe last 20 years. He is the recipient of numerous awards anddistinctions, most recently an endowed chair at McMaster Universityallowing him to pursue further research in venous and arterialthrombosis.
Dr. Holger Schünemann is a leading expert in evidence basedpractice with a particular interest in the development andwidespread dissemination of validated evidence scoring criteria.Dr. Schünemann has played an important role in the evolutionof evidence based guidelines currently written by organizationssuch as the American College of Chest Physicians and the AmericanThoracic Society.
Dr. Ralph Meyer has recently joined the National CancerInstitute of Canada after a distinguished career at McMasterUniversity.
