CULLINANE, AIA, is the President of JohnCullinane Architect, LLC, an Annapolis, Maryland-basedarchitectural/engineering firm that has undertaken rehabilitationdesigns for thousands of old and historic buildings across theUnited States. Since 1993, he has taught historic buildingmaintenance for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and preservationplanning for the National Preservation Institute.
