TIMOTHY ROONEY managed the engineering development andmarket introduction of BT Diamond IP's four next-generation IPmanagement systems: NetControl, IPControl, Sapphire Appliances, andImageControl. Prior to that, he worked at AT&T BellLaboratories, Cingular, Triton PCS, and Lucent, including aleadership role managing the VitalQIP software product to its peakas market leader. Timothy Rooney is the author of IP AddressManagement Principles and Practice and Introduction to IPAddress Management, both published by Wiley-IEEE Press.
