Katie Williams and Elizabeth Burton are Senior Lecturers at the Oxford Centre for Sustainable Development (OCSD), Oxford Brookes University, specialising in planning, urban design and social issues.

Mike Jenks is Professor and Head of Research in the School of architecture at the University and chair of OCSD.
