They arrived at the principles and methods described in Small Group Leaders' Handbook. Alex Kirk led the small group, which includes Jay Anderson, Myron Crockett, Úna Lucey-Lee, Janice McWilliams, Tina Teng and Sandra Van Opstal. All seven survived.
