Über Autor(innen)

Francesco Longo is Associate Professor at the PublicManagement and Health Care Department of the Bocconi University,Italy. He is also the Director of the Research Center in HealthCare Management of the Bocconi University. His research interestsinclude health care management, public service provision, networkand governance. He has written a number of books and articles aboutpublic management and health care management.
Daniela Cristofoli has a PhD in Business Administrationand Management at Bocconi University, Italy, and is research fellowat the Public Management and Health Care Department of the BocconiUniversity. Her research interests include strategy, corporategovernance and stakeholder management both in public and privatesectors.
