Elaine has an MBA from Cornell University and has workedon projects to build financial management systems for New York Cityand Washington, D.C. This prior experience provided the foundationfor Marcel Enterprises, LLC, to help small businesses implementcomputerized accounting systems.
Diane Koers owns and operates All Business Service, asoftware training and consulting business formed in 1988 thatservices the central Indiana area. Her are of expertise h as longbeen in the word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics area ofcomputing as well as in providing training and support forPeachtree Accounting Software. Diane's authoring experienceincludes more than 30 books on topics such as PC security,Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Works, WordPerfect,Paint Shop Pro, Lotus SmartSuite, Quicken, Microsoft Money, andPeachtree Accounting. Many of her books have been translated intoother languages such as Dutch, Bulgarian, Spanish, and Greek. Shehas also developed and written numerous training manuals for herclients.
