She has created several training courses, including the Pearson-accredited BTEC Level 4 in Coaching for Driver Development, a qualification uniquely focused on developing ADIs' ability to coach in safety critical environments. She is a regular contributor to industry-related magazines, and passed her Standards Check with 51 out of 51.
