<b>Susan McCormack</b> is Managing Director of Tri-Coaching Partnership, a training company that focuses on training and developing DVSA Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs). She recently qualified as a Master Coach, Level 5 and has a MSc Degree from Cranfield University, UK, in Driving Behaviour and Education. She has created several training courses, including the Pearson-accredited BTEC Level 4 in Coaching for Driver Development, a qualification uniquely focused on developing ADIs' ability to coach in safety critical environments.
