He is Assistant Professor at the Centre for Research in Rural and Industrial Development, Chandigarh, India and a Visiting Fellow (Honorary) at the Impact and Policy Research Institute, New Delhi, India. Arjun Kumar earned his PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. He is Director of Impact and Policy Research Institute, New Delhi, and a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Human Development, India.
