A qualified and experienced instructor trainer and LGV instructor, for many years he ran his own driving school for car and lorry drivers, together with an instructor training facility. <b>Susan McCormack</b> is Managing Director of Tri-Coaching Partnership, a training company that focuses on training and developing DVSA Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs). She recently qualified as a Master Coach, Level 5 and has a MSc Degree from Cranfield University, UK, in Driving Behaviour and Education.
