Dr. Pethuru Raj is working as a chief architect at Reliance Jio Platforms Ltd. (JPL) Bangalore. Earlier, he worked with IBM Global Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE), Wipro Consulting Services (WCS), and Robert Bosch Corporate Research (CR). He has more than 22 years of IT industry experience and 8 years of research experience. He completed the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)- sponsored Ph.D. at Anna University, Chennai, and continued with the University Grants Commission (UGC)-sponsored postdoctoral research in the Department ofComputer Science and Automation, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. He is also a Senior Member of IEEE and ACM. He obtained his Ph.D. in the field of Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University in Chennai. The title of his thesis is “Analysis and Prediction of Rainfall in Agriculture based on Deep Learning Framework.” He has 13 years of experience in teaching, research, mentoring, and administration. His research focuses on Data Mining, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data Analytics, and Cloud computing. He has his publications in 24 international journals, 19 international conferences, and 21 national conferences.
