Dr. Kharola is an Assistant Professor (Research) at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, India. She specializes in Reliability Engineering, Operations Research, and Decision-Making. Her research focuses on sustainable systems and reliability modeling. She is actively involved in editing and reviewing for various academic journals and plays a key role in mentoring students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. levels.
Dr. Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India.
