Jitendra R. Raol, Ph.D., is an Emeritus Professor at the Ramaiah Institute of Technology in Bangalore, India. He previously served at tthe National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), as Scientist-G and head of the Flight Mechanics and Control Division (FMCD).
