Rajkishore Nayak is a Professor at the School of Communication and Design (SCD) at RMIT University, Vietnam. His research focuses on sustainability in fashion and textiles, circular fashion, green supply chain, and advanced materials. He has published over 175 peer-reviewed journal papers and is an editorial board member for several international journals on fashion and textiles. He is also a member of the Australian Fashion Council and holds lifetime memberships with the Indian Textile Association and Society of Dyers and Colorists.

Tarun Panwar is the Associate Dean of Fashion Enterprise and Technology at RMIT University, Australia. He has received numerous awards for his academic leadership including the Australia Award for University Teaching (AAUT), a National Teaching Award, and the RMIT University Teaching Award for outstanding contribution to student learning through industry-partnered initiatives. With over 25 years of globally recognized thought leadership, Dr. Panwar has designed and delivered several successful fashion enterprise programs and contributed significantly to sustainability research in fashion value chains. He is also frequently invited as speaker at prominent international fashion forums demonstrating his influential position in global fashion education and research communities.
