Über Autor(innen)

Professor Slaymaker's research has four foci: mountainhydrogeomorphology, land use impacts, sustainable development andglobal environmental change. From 1994-2002 he was a Governor ofthe International Development Research Centre in Ottawa.
Professor Kelly's research focuses on the use ofmeasurements from remote sensing ground, aircraft and satelliteinstruments coupled with environmental models to better understandthe cryosphere, especially snow and ice environments. He is alsointerested in the development of new technologies for improveddirect in situ and remote sensing measurements of thecryosphere.
