ROBERT C. SMART, PhD, is a William Neal Reynolds Professor of Toxicology, the Director of the Center for Human Health and the Environment, and the former Director of the Toxicology Graduate Program at North Carolina State University. Together with Dr. Hodgson, he coedited the two previous editions of this book.
ERNEST HODGSON, PhD, is Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Environmental and Molecular Toxicology and Executive Director of the Foundation for Agromedicine and Toxicology at North Carolina State University. Alongside the previous editions of this book, he edited four editions ofA Textbook of Modern Toxicology (Wiley) and is the Editor of the Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology.
