Ronald Ross Watson, PhD., is Professor of Public Health Research, School of Medicine, and Adjunct Professor, Department of Nutritional Sciences, University of Arizona, Tucson. He has conducted nutrition research in disease prevention and health promotion for more than 30 years, publishing more than 450 research papers, reviews, and chapters. Eggs and Health Promotion is the fiftieth book he has edited. Watson is a member of the American Colege of Nutrition, the British Society for Immunology, and the New York Academy of Science.
