Trevor Williams joined Lloyds Banking Group from the UKCivil Service after doing some lecturing. Trevor is currently theChief Economist at Lloyds Bank, Commercial Banking. He regularlywrites articles for publications and appears in the financial pressand on television to represent economic views. Trevor is a memberof the Institute for Economic Affairs Shadow Monetary PolicyCommittee, made up of City economists and academics. This is theoldest 'shadow' MPC, set up two months after theofficial MPC began in 1997. He is a visiting Professor, Banking andFinance, Derby University.
Victoria Turton graduated from the universities ofSheffield and Manchester with degrees in History before joining theBank of Scotland Corporate. She is currently a Senior Copywriter atEditions Financial as well as a freelance writer and editor. Shelives in North Yorkshire and is married with two sons.
