Syed Zaheer is currently working as a Senior Oracle Apps DBA for the largest stock exchange in the Middle East and North Africa. He has a decade of experience in the implementation and management of Oracle E-Business suites, Oracle HA Stack, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Databases. Zaheer has deep experience in managing Oracle Enterprise Linux 5/6 and Oracle Solaris 10/11. He is an active member of Oracle technology forums and Oracle awarded him the status of “GURU” for his contributions. He is also an active member of the Toad World community and has published many articles on www.toadworld.com and is Oracle certified in Operating Systems, Application, Databases, Engineered systems, and Middle ware.

Zaheer has been part of more than 30 successful E-Business suite Implementations/Upgrades/Migrations from version 11i to version R12.2.4. He has domain knowledge in diversified business verticals including financials, FMCG, manufacturing, and consulting. Erman Arslan is currently working as an Applications and Database Operations Manager and the Leading Oracle Consultant for Partnera Consulting Services.  He is a Principle Apps DBA, Oracle-certified Linux and Certified Exadata Admin with lots of field experience in several Oracle projects implemented in several sectors such as banking, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, transportation, oil and gas, TV, and more.

Arslan studied Computer Engineering and received an MBA in Istanbul Turkey.
