Susan Bentham is presently Head of Psychology at Bognor Regis Community College Adult Education where she teaches a variety of Psychology related courses. She has many years’ experience of teaching and training Teaching Assistants. She is the author of two books for RoutledgeFalmer and is currently working on a third book entitled A Teaching Assistant’s Guide to Managing Behaviour in the Classroom.

Roger Hutchins is a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (Senco) at two Primary Schools.
