The Leadership Letters by Felix Frei reflect upon leadership in everyday life and the interaction of many, and they show - in a humorous and, at times, provocative manner - that it is, in fact, possible to do the things you know you should after all.
The way towards the implementation is not paved by the usual managerial babble, however. The book also lacks highly impressive business bubble words that no one really understands and you might be able to brag with. It does not even present you with heroes of leadership to imitate and be inspired by. It is, however, a very useful mirror to hold up against your leadership. And even in the instances where answers remain open - it is often worthwhile to at least ask the questions and think about them.
