<b>Ian Hall</b> is a partner at Glentruim Change Agents. He has been delivering projects on personal, team and organisational development for over 40 years. Clients include the NHS Leadership Centre, Department of Work & Pensions National Development Team, British Aerospace, Sainsbury's, the Scottish Social Enterprise Academy, and Lever Brothers. Ian was formerly Director of the MSc in People and Organisational Development at Salford University and a Visiting Fellow at The Revans Institute for Action Learning. Ian has a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MA in Management Learning.

<p><b>Jo Cumming</b> is an applied psychologist and partner at Glentruim Change Agents. She works with individuals, teams and organisations on their development so they become more effective and improve performance. Her 30 years' experience includes projects with clients from sectors as diverse as telecommunications, transport, health, local government, voluntary services, manufacturing and financial services. Her clients have included Nortel, North British Distillery, Forestry Commission Scotland, Glenlivet & Tomintoul Landscape Partnership, and the NHS, among many others.

<b>Jo Cumming</b> has an MA in Psychology with Business Studies and an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies and was a Director of The Keil Centre, Edinburgh, which became one of the largest applied psychology organisations in the UK.</p>
