O’Gorman, PhD, is currently the Associate Superintendent for Instruction and Accountability for Aiken County Public Schools in Aiken, South Carolina. He has served as a teacher and an administrator in predominately high-poverty schools in South Carolina and has taught graduate courses in educational administration at both the University of South Carolina and Western Carolina University.
