Her work has been published in many highlyregarded journals including Academy of Management Review,Human Communication Research, CommunicationMonographs, Communication Theory, ManagementCommunication Quarterly, Journal of BusinessCommunication among others. Dr. Lewis is also an experiencedtrainer and consultant in the area of organizational change and aresearch associate at Lifestory Research.
